Montreal critics say bon!
Montreal Hour, June 19 2008:
It’s impossible to dislike a show like this one, whose humour runs the gamut from “heh” to “I can’t believe he fucking did that,” and which shows a lot of sculpted stripper-ish ass really early on. Venue B holds inside it one of the secrets of life, a cathartic experience which excites the frontal lobe, the small intestine, the left ear, the damaged soul and the perineum all at once. Musical, righteous and sly, Glen Callender should, before, after and during all of his shows, feel both ashamed and extremely proud of himself. — (Dave Jaffer)

Ahem. I’ve received more than one e-mail accusing me of “stuffing my package” in the above photo. Let me assure you right now that I would never disrespect my fans by doing something like that. Honestly, It’s like some of you have never seen a flatteringly low-angle photo of a dude playing an accordion in shiny underwear before. Shame on you, I say! Shame!

Enter a pulsating vortex of amusement! Armed with a vintage keyboard, a $15 garage-sale accordion and other dubious implements, award-winning laugh-meister Glen Callender UFA purveys an unpredictable mélange of music and mayhem—so unpredictable, in fact, that the only thing we can say for sure is that the show will be 60 minutes long. Don’t miss the unique comedy experience The Province declared a “Pick of the Fringe” and The Georgia Straight called “A very funny show!”
