about Glen Callender UFA and Wasting My Youth
Mid-30s. I don’t wish to reveal my exact age or date of birth, because I don’t want you to steal my identity.
Yes.
I was born, raised and lowered in Port Alberni, British Columbia, Canada. I lived for a decade in Burnaby B.C., where I attended Simon Fraser University. I have also lived in Prague (2001), South Korea (2004-5), and the Philippines (2006-7). I currently live in downtown Vancouver B.C.
In order: Canada, USA, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Vatican City, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, UK, Ireland, Cuba, South Korea, China, the Philippines, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. That makes 22. I don’t count Belgium because I didn’t get off the train, Myanmar because a 45-minute visa run to a crappy little border town does not a visit make, or North Korea because ten minutes on the North Korean side of the negotiation room in the DMZ counts for even less.
Yes. Bachelor of Arts (English-Humanities joint major, Psychology minor) Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, Canada.
No. I have never particularly liked myself, because I don’t suffer fools gladly.

‘Merge’. My love match is ‘Yield’.
When my eyes are open, looking. When my eyes are shut, looking at my eyelids.
I have no idea. I don’t pay attention to the love lives of celebrities.
Next frequently asked question, please.
“My greatest fear is not being remembered when I’m gone.” (Anonymous)
That’s because I revised some of the material when I assembled the Wasting My Youth manuscript. In some cases, I put back material that was cut for space reasons. In others, I reversed editorial changes I didn’t agree with. In still other cases, I could see some obvious improvements so I slapped on a new coat of paint. At this point I do not plan any further revision, as I have moved on from Wasting My Youth.
You’re probably right. Sigh.
